Mr.I.P.Katyal (CEO/MD):- The individual Mr.I.P Katyal is proved to be an outstanding engineering and technical professional having his educational qualifications as Post Graduate in Science (Maths), Qualified Mechanical, Petroleum and Production Engineer and a Post Graduate Diploma in Production Management. He is also designated as a Chartered Engineer (I), by Institution of Engineers (India).

Having more than 21 years operational oil field Engineer with the Oil & Natural Gas Commission (now a Corporation Ltd.), working for the exploration and the exploitation of oil & gas in the different parts of the country, working in different difficult terrain, he has developed within himself a multidisciplinary expertise in the field of Petroleum exploration and production, major Environmental Issues

After resigning ONGC in the year 1982, for getting a wider perspective of work, Mr.Katyal associated himself with the Private Sector companies in the top managerial positions and worked for importing innovative foreign oil well technologies/ equipments for increasing the efficiency of oil & gas field drilling and production activities in India, which was the immediate need of the Indian Oil Companies. This requirement was for the safe and optimum production of the Black Gold.

Mr.Katyal had the opportunity to work as a Consultant to the foreign oil & gas field, petroleum, effluent treatment plants and transport companies and got finalized tie ups for bringing in the new technologies and latest know how in India.

Mr. Katyal has started his own venture by floating his consulting company, naming it as ASIM Engineers & Consultants in December, 1987 and imparted his most effective consulting services to the foreign companies as well as Indian Entrepreneurs for Project/ Product Consultancy, formulating joint ventures and marketing of their products and services. He has the credit for bringing in number of Indian Companies into Oil & Gas Exploration and Production Companies, diversifying those from their totally different businesses.

Mr. Katyal is working as an Honorary president of a Registered Educational Society, named as NEW ASIM Educational Society, which is operating as an NGO, being engaged in the educational promotion, environmental projects and welfare activities as its prime goal. Mr. Katyal has written and published number of books on environment and distributed same for the awareness of Pollution Prevention and control to the general public, students, engineers and industrialists. He has conducted two major Techno-Market Surveys for the Industrial Waste Water Treatment Technologies ad Industrial Air Pollution Control Technologies on the behest of the Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India, which had published his work and those are in the category of National Documents.

Mr. Katyal is progressively working for the introduction and promotion of most innovative technologies in India and in view of same, presently he is working on the Satellite Receivers/ Communications and Wireless Communication/ Connectivity technologies.
